I'm new to modding/Cars and I'm woundering... My leathery part of my dashboard is peeling up from water damage. What would be the best solution to fix this? i was just going to peel it off. I called one of my friends and he said to have a new hood (Rusty), New bumber (scratched to hell from previous owner), both painted, and a new dashboard installed will run me 2 grand.

yeah A LOT of owners run into this. The glue loses it hold and the dash board starts to peel. You can try and glue it down, or replace it. Others will suggest fiberglassing it or new vinyl which is also a option.

I'm thinking about Ripping it off and Fiberglassing it. But i really don't know how to fiber glass. :(

Can anyone get me a price on fiber glassing the entire interior?

You will have to get a custom shop do it. The people that recommend having it fiberglass are usually directing that towards those with experience in that area.

Then do the fiber glassing yourself. If you don't think you can pull off the dash or other panels right away, try something like making a fiberglass subbox to get down the technique a bit.

I was thinking about redoing mine cause mine is coming loose in front of the steering wheel... It really sucks... I was thinking about taking it all out and covering it up with black suede.. once I get the money and space to do it... I can't do much where I'm at currently... I'm in a housing complex and they don't allow that kind of stuff for some strange reason... But It looks good right now... I'm painting my interior black with blue trim.. but eventually will cover it in suede so it looks a lot more professional looking.. the paint is fine, but not the best...

This time I will be seeking professional help. I have a friend that works for a body shop, and they do dashboard recovering as well as door panel work too.. So I think I'm good. :p
