Like the topic says. Its only in the spots where I typically have my hand when I'm driving. Top center, and top rightish. Anyways, is there anything I can do to smooth it out? It's like dry skin and it comes off in my hand. I notice its the worst on very humid days. Dry days it doesnt seem to want to rub off into my hand very much at all...
