I got a full set for sale in the bazaar. So then if you ever sell your car you can turn it back to stock again with no problems.

there are little clips on the bottom that you have to kind use a knife and runit in and under so you can release them

Hey, I know this is a little bit off. But maybe someone in here can help me.

Im trying to remove the plastic casings that go over our stock 6 X 9 speakers to repaint them. Im doing the interior with a flat black. And Im trying not to scrape them up while removing them. So I thought I would ask for help.

If you don't know what im talking about.. I've posted a picture where the guy has painted his blue.

Thanks.

They are held on FIRMLY by clips that are NOT meant to be taken off. You can, though, if you want it bad enough, by breaking on of the small clips.

Haha. After you remove them, will there be other small clips to hold it from moving?

Where would these clips be located, and how do you get to them?

Thanks.

I want to say it's held on by 4-5 "clips". These "clips" are basically L-shaped and protrude under the carpeted deck. There might be something else but I don't remember. It's been a year since I've messed with it.

use a dremal and cut the plastic rivet type thing then screw into to it with screws is what i did its the same little plastic thing that hold the carpeted part on the door
