3.4 Exhaust

[COLOR=blue] Hey guys! I have a 2000 GLS 3.4, and I've been working on making it nice... I'm done my system and neons and all, but now I'm looking into exhaust and found that mostly all they make for Aleros is the fake duals with the Y pipe :rolleyes: Has anybody found or put on real duals on their Alero? Where can you find them, and how do they sound?

No ones makes REAL duals, you'd have to go through a shop for custom work. But check the General Performance. They have this same thread.

True duals (i.e. a dedicated exhaust pipe for eack cylinder bank) will have to be custom. I'm not aware of anyone who has done it on these cars, since there are packaging and ground clearance issues.

Plus dual exhaust on OHV V6's sound like poop anyways..

I don't have true duals, just dual tips.

Sounds pretty good, but a lot of that is the intake too
