Hallo over there!
I have problem with my AC. When I push the button nothing happens. I can see that the compressor don´t start.
Can it be a fuse or something?
Maybe there is a leak and the pressure is too low and it´s because of that it won´t start?
Can I check myself if the pressure is too low?
Or anybody have another suggestions what it can be?
Thanks from "the swede"
Few things it could be....does the light come on when you hit the A/C button? If so the have you checked the pressure at the blue line with a gauge? you can get an A/C refill kit that comes with a guage.

Yes, the light come on when I push the A/C button.
I don´t know were too check the pressure?
There will be a couple silver colored 1/2 tubing going on the passenger side under the hood....check for a blue valve cap. unscrew and have the guage ready. 1st try starting the car and then opening the hood and hitting the A/C button. Listen for it to start up.

Does the AC work on the high settings, but not the low settings? If this is the case, then it is the blower motor resistor. About $20 at a local parts store.

Hello,
Another thing you might want to consider is that the A/C wont turn on till it reaches around 15 degrees celsius outside. I was told this by a GM mechanic.
