Here's my problem; in the EU it is hard to find wheels for the Alero.

Over here cars have only been equiped with the 15"alloys.
I would like to have (stock) 16"wheels but shipping is unaffordable, I had an offer for 600 Canadian $ shipping only!

Now I've stumbled upon some Irmscher 7x 16"wheels bolt pattern 5 x 115, offset 47, I've read that the offset should be between 36-42.
They are for the Pontiac(?) Transport which has also been sold overhere as an Opel Sintra.

My question is twofold:

Is it possible to fit Transport/Sintra rims on an Alero or do i need hubcenterrings?
and
with an offset of 47 is it possible to drive 225/50/16 tires on these rims?

Quick help is appreciated since it is an ebay offer.

Unsure, just buy nice rims offline and have them shipped to eu. Only prob would be that it is overseas wand would take liek 2 months to get them. But you will be the big pimpin if everyone else has 15's/16's.

No bolt pattern is correct but offset must be between +38mm and +42mm.

+40mm is perfect
