I was searching around on ebay and found some clear tail lights! I was amazed! Although they cost about $350 for a set, it's well worth the cost! Go check it out!

I think I remember him saying some guy was selling them for him. The thread may have been deleted or dropped off because it was awhile ago.

some guy is selling those lights for bryce(ander) and he does live in south dakota. And, $350 is a great price considering there are only 14 alero's in the United States With Modified Tail Lights (That Bryce Knows Of)

From what I hear from people other than owners who have seem them up close and in person, they arent too appealing to the eye...

I didnt know those were the altezzas, I thought the altezzas had red dots in them. Anyways i think they look pretty swell, and i dont own a pair.

those aren't Altezzas. Altezzas do indeed have the red dots. But NOBODY EXCEPT FOR ANDERBRA makes aftermarket taillights for the Alero. He made the few (maybe it was just ONE) set of altezzas.

IMO they really don't look all that awesome...the white on white looks almost fake, the black car was alright, but i'm just as happy with regular ol' red tailights

He was buying and selling them from me on Ebay. I think that is his car that they are on.

every set is different and hand made. 20-40hrs worth of work depending on what they entail.

these are a style of the altezzas ive made

Just all depends on what an individual wants.

Well, for my alero, I think the original factory tails look pretty good... I was interested in clear tails, but still not sure what to get...

does anyone sell just the clear lenses so we can save some money and do it "r" selfs?

well here's the general idea how to make them... you have to take off your stock tails... and take the lenses off without breaking them... then you have to get a piece of lexan to bend to the shape of the lense... my guess would be with an oven... something with constant high heat and no hot spot... such as a heat gun... becasue the lexan will fry... the thinner, the easier... once you have the general shape molded you have to cut out the pattern and cloth wheel the edges smooth and rounded on one side... then it's just a matter of figuring out if you wanna do any other customizing and glue them on the housings...

LED ones look good, and B-spots look pretty good. Those are the only two I dont like.

P.S. I would say that is an ugly wing, but on an alero... that would be a redundant fraze and I hate repeating myself

i did not mean to make the lens just buy the lens and install it . i ceared my headlights it can't be much more work than that mybe less. and we wouldn't have to send off owr tail lights i drive my car daily and can not do without my lights lol.

Clearing your headlights was just removing a reflector, not making a part. The problem is, you can't just go to a parts store and buy a clear lens, no company has ever made them.

You have to either make them yourself, or send Anderbra yours and pay him to do it.

yeah, some companies have purchase agreements, like AAS for example. I've seen the "combat" kit offered at several different sources.

I'm surprised someone hasn't started offering headlight exchange for front clears.

all the pics have been posted on here at some point in time. lol (as in they were members)

i'm sure its just another market-er of his.

James (Ski, aka: first AAS kit on the Alero) had a little something going on for a while...then people firgured out how to do the headlights themselves. That exchange thing got pointless.

Yes, check http://anderbrainnovations.freeservers.com/ and you'll see that they are just marking up Anderbra's work $50-$100 as a middle man. ;) Don't get scammed, do it yourself, or contact Anderbra directly to do it. It's a lot of labor, Anderbra's prices are fair.
