Ok i changed my spark plugs, plug wires, flushed fuel injectors and engine still running rough at full throttle. My dealership says its my CAI and im pulling to much air in and its running lean. I took off my CAI and put the stock one back on and its still misfiring real bad throughout all gears. Any suggestions?
Thanks

rich or lean, the car itself should even itself out.... just like a dealership to always try to pass the blame onto something aftermarket.

i know its 105$ you probably dont wanna spend but here you go dude.

you can get your stock ones check, but in order to do that you have to take them out, and give them to the tester. so i just say take them off and put in a newer, and better one. ;)

re gap your plugs to the correct spacing of .060

then double check and make sure you didnt put crap ass wires on there.

if the ONLY thing you changed was the plugs and wires and took NOTHING else off to do it, then it is your plugs and/or wires.

the only problem is that he did all that to try and fix the problem, id agree to check your coil packs.......u can sometimes pick em up cheap on ebay.....i think i got an extra set for 15 bucks shipped on ebay.......another thing to do is unhook ur battery for longer than 15 minutes i think it is or 1/2 an hour and ur pcm will reset itself.........see what that does......

so he was having this issue before the new plugs and wires?

if so, i did not get that from his original post.

if it was having the issue before the plugs and wires, i would look at the following things....

fuel filter
fuel pump
coil packs

and please explain how the injectors were cleaned. there the right way, and there is the way that doenst do diddly sqwat.
